I have noticed that northern climes have much worse bug problems. Think of the poor caribou in Alaska in the summer. We have bat houses up in several locations, and if I ride at twilight I can watch them come out and get to work. They sure keep busy! Fun to watch too. Hate to think how bad the bugs would be without them.Pony Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02820494458669251616noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29272013.post-61702993428765974772010-04-21T07:58:30.840-04:002010-04-21T07:58:30.840-04:00The mosquitos are out in force down here, too. The only natural thing I've ever heard of for taking care of mosquitoes is purple martins, but you have to put up a special house for them at just the right time of the year to attract them. I keep meaning to do it every year but never get around to it.

Good luck with the mower.Grey Horse Mattershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05837575441967937196noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29272013.post-20520675651311872622010-04-20T20:30:39.919-04:002010-04-20T20:30:39.919-04:00We've not got the mosquitos yet, thankfully. ...We've not got the mosquitos yet, thankfully.
